NOTICE OF MEETING

The regular agenda meeting of the Indiana State University Board of Trustees will take place on Friday, February 16, 2024, in the State Room, Tirey Hall, at 1:30 p.m. The complete schedule of activities is listed below.

9:30 a.m.         Executive Session, State Room, Tirey Hall

• To discuss strategy with respect to the initiation of litigation, pending litigation, or threatened litigation, pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B).  
• To discuss strategy with respect to potential real property transactions. IC 5-14-1.5-6(b)(2)(D).  
• To develop a list of prospective candidates for service as an official of the University. IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(10)(A).
• To discuss potential collaborative relationships or ventures to advance the engagement and educational missions of the institution. IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(15).
